This week at Postal we will be talking about Emails for Electronic orders, Product Subcategories, Help Center, & Notifications for Registration Closed and Event Cancellation Emails.
Emails for Electronic Orders:
Ship To Email is now visible in Order details for electronic orders.
A new ‘Electronic Orders’ column has been added to the Orders Bulk Export spreadsheet.
Email addresses for electronic orders will be fully visible
Email addresses for Non-electronic orders will remain hidden
New subcategories have been added to Direct Mail
Holidays, Charities, etc.
A link to the Postal Help Center has been added to the vendor app
Access the link by selecting the Account options
Notifications - Registration Closed and Event Cancellation Emails
Vendors will now have the ability to turn off Registration Closed emails in the Notifications section of the Account tab
Vendors will receive an email notification when an event has been canceled by the requestor.
The email will contain a link to the event details in the Vendor app
Vendors will have the ability to turn off Cancelation emails in the Notifications section of the Account tab.
