Want to send an item directly to your recipient without a Personalized Email or MagicLink? The Direct Send option can do this. In order for this to work, the address of the recipient(s) must be verified in the Postal system. Without this, a Direct Send is not possible.

First, start by selecting the item you want to send, and then on the Choose Method screen select the Direct Send option.

Select your contacts and then select Configure this item.

You'll be given the following options:

  • Recipient Notifications

    • Send Shipped Email - an email sent to the recipient informing them their item has been shipped

    • Send Delivered Email - an email sent to the recipient informing them their item has been delivered

  • Sending Options

    • Send As - the name of the User you'd like to send on behalf of (Names will be populated from those that have the User role)

    • Spend From - the budget you would like to pull from when sending (Admin only option)


Review

When you are ready, select Review. Review your order and select Confirm and Send when you are ready.

You'll get a confirmation that your order has been sent and can continue to track your order status from the Orders tab.
