Feeling out of the loop with what's going on in Postal? Fear not, we've got you covered! The new Notification Summary email settings will allow you to pick and choose what you would like to be informed on and how often.


First, head to your Profile Settings and select Email Settings.

From here, you will be able to select how often you would like to receive the Notification Summary email. The frequency will determine whether or not you receive the email Daily, Weekly, or Never.

Note: If weekly is selected, the email will be sent Sunday evening at 11:30 PM PST

Notification Summary

The Notification Summary is going to give you a breakdown of tasks and notifications that require your attention in Postal.

MagicLink Approval Pending

When a User sends a MagicLink, they have the option to toggle on an approval setting that allows them to screen acceptances before allowing them to be redeemed. These approvals will now be an alert in your Notification Summary. To view how to approve a MagicLink click here!


Item Approvals (Event, Item, Collection)

When Users request items, events, or collections, the Admin will be notified to approve these items prior to the Users being able to send them. The Users will now be notified when new items have been approved for the Teams they are on with a link to the item so they can start sending.


Processing Errors

If an order is unsuccessful due to a Processing Error, you have the option to receive a notification that alerts you to the error and allows you to see more details if desired.


Item Removed from My Items

If any items are removed from the 'My Items' page, you will be notified. For more information on how to delete approved items, go ahead and click here!
