From time to time you may need to make updates to your products. This article explains what you can edit and how to do so.

Note: any changes made to a product will NOT be reflected in the Postal Marketplace unless the product has been sent for approval and approved by the Marketplace team. If you wish to remove a product, please reach out to a Marketplace Team Member.

*Note: For Shopify Products, if the vendor wants to restore the fields to the original Shopify text, they can select the green Shopify icon next to each field. To learn more, check out our article Restoring Fields for Shopify Products


Editing your products

Begin by logging onto the Vendor Dashboard and clicking on the “Products” tab in the left-hand corner. Here, you will find all of your products that have been uploaded into the Postal Marketplace.

Locate the product you wish to change either by searching for its name or filtering by active products.

Note: Some product names may have been altered by the marketplace team to increase visibility. If you are unable to find the product you were hoping to adjust, please reach out to a Marketplace Team Member for assistance.

Click into the appropriate fields and make any changes necessary to the Product itself. Within the product, you can adjust the name, description, photos, or Keywords.

Shopify Products:

Retail Price or Shipping Price

For any retail price or shipping price adjustments, scroll down to the “Variant” section and select the version you wish to update. Next, click the pen tool to edit the variant.

Here, you are also able to delete any variations of a product you wish to no longer be available in the Postal Marketplace by selecting the garbage can.

Note: Each variant will need to be updated if a change is necessary. Prices/Shipping will not be reflected in all variants if only one is updated.


Shopify Products:

Save Save Save. Once all updates have been made, the product can be saved and sent for approval.
