By booking an Event through Postal.io, both the Customer and Vendor/Host, as they shall be referred to from here on out, agree to the below terms and conditions:

Cancellation

Customers may make changes to an event using the following guidelines. This policy is applicable to the purchase and scheduling of an Event through the Postal.io website.

  • 4 weeks or more prior to an event, the Customer may cancel a scheduled Event with no penalty

  • 3 weeks prior to the scheduled event, the Customer may cancel the Event but will be responsible for the Host fee which varies per event

  • 2 weeks prior to the Event, while registration is still open, the Customer may cancel a scheduled Event but will be responsible for the Host fee and 50% of the event cost based on the Event minimum number of participants

  • Less than 2 weeks prior to a scheduled Event, or once the registration closes, the Customer may cancel an Event but will be responsible for the Host fee and 100% of the Event cost

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling an Event 4 weeks or more prior to the event is subject to the Customer and Host agreeing upon an alternate date and time for the Event

  • A Host may reschedule a previously scheduled event one time at least 14 days prior to the Event. The Customer is expected to reasonably comply with a Host’s good-faith request to reschedule an Event once in compliance with the agreement. If there is a Host no-show, Postal.io will use good faith efforts to help both the Host and Customer reschedule for mutually agreed-upon dates. However, the Host will ultimately be responsible for rescheduling the event with the Customer.

  • If the Host cancels an experience (re: Host No Show) or if a Host is materially late or does not show up, whether virtually or in person without a reschedule, the buyer is entitled to a full refund of the Event

Shipping

  • Postal and/or Vendor are not responsible for replacing packages that are shown as delivered by 3rd party shipping carriers

  • Postal and Vendor will make every reasonable attempt to replace lost or stolen packages that are shown as delivered by 3rd party shipping carriers. Neither Postal nor Vendor will be responsible for the cost of lost or stolen packages that are shown as 3rd party shipping carriers
