This article defines the different status messages that appear next to Orders in the Vendor App.

Order Statuses

  • Placed - The order has been placed

  • Confirmed - Confirmed that you (the vendor) can fulfill this order

  • Canceled - Orders can be canceled at the discretion of the vendor

  • Shipped - Occurs once a tracking number has been provided

  • Delivered - The carrier indicates the item has been delivered

Note: The tracking number must be preset to adjust the shipped/delivered status

Events

  • Pending Confirmation: The Event is pending confirmation

  • Needs Data: The Event has been confirmed and now requires updated information from the requester - meeting link, team access, the title of the Event, etc.

  • Accepting Invites: The Event information has been updated and invites are now able to be sent.

  • Waitlist = this order is on a waitlist for future action to be taken by the organizer

  • Registration Closed: Event registration is closed. This generally occurs 10-14 days out from the date of the event to ensure that any physical gifts being sent will arrive in time.

  • Complete: The Event is complete

  • Cancel Requested: The Event has been requested to be canceled

  • Canceled: The Event has been canceled
