The Overview Report highlights all of your spending, sends, and engagement through some unique graphs. You are able to sort by Team, Users, and Time Frame.
*Note: To view all data and sort by User and Team, you must have the Admin/Manager Role. As a User, you will be able to see your own data. If you are on several teams, you will need to switch accounts to see each Team's Data.
Gift Email Sends
This graph overview allows you to see how many gift emails were sent and how many gift emails were accepted.
This graph is an overview of all Users and the amount that was spent by each individual user.
This graph shows an overview of how many meetings were booked.
This graph is an overview of Thank Yous, social shares, and new contacts generated.
Thank Yous: Responses from a contact Thanking you for their item.
Social Shares: When a contact gets to the Landing Page to accept a gift, they can share it on social networks.
New Contact Generated: New contact created from accepting an item via a MagicLink
Most Popular Sends
This chart gives you an overview of your most popular sends categorized by Gift Email, MagicLink, and what has been Overal Accepted.
Gift Email: Sent is the number of how many gift emails were sent and Accepted is how many actually clicked through the email to accept the item.
MagicLink: Views are how many contacts clicked on the link and Accepted is the number of how many contacts clicked on the link and accepted.
Overall Accepted: A combination of all Gift Emails sends and MagicLinks that were opened and accepted.
This graph is an overview of all the gift emails that were sent and the rate on opened, clicked, or accepted.
Opened Rate: How many contacts got the email and opened it but no further action was taken.
Clicked Rate: How many contacts got the email, opened it, and clicked on the offer but no further action was taken.
Acceptance Rate: How many contacts got the email, opened it, and accepted the offer.
