Processing Error: Shipping Credits
If you see this error message, it means that you need to add more shipping credits in SwagUp. Postal cannot add shipping credits for you, but adding more credits through SwagUp is quick and easy.
Simply log in to SwagUp and go to Billing > Credits > Click 'Add Credits'
Swag showing as 'Not Available to Send'
Don't panic! This message usually just means your swag hasn't been packed yet or it is in drafts and needs to be approved.
