Payment issues can be frustrating, especially when a quick turnaround is important for a send. Here are some common error codes and quick fixes we've found to keep your sends going smoothly.
Invalid Site Verification
The first thing you should try when receiving this error is clearing your cache and cookies. We've found this to be an effective fix in most cases. If this doesn't work, reach out to our Support Team!
Seen also sometimes on the User side as 'Processing Error', this occurs when you've tried to make a purchase but do not have the Funds to complete it. Keep in mind that you may still have Budget available when you receive this error. Insufficient Funds means that funds will need to be added on the Account level by an Admin.
Insufficient Budget just means a User has exceeded their Budget in the allotted time period (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly). To bypass this error to complete a send, you will need to up the User's budget. Keep in mind this will apply to ALL Users on the Team and not just the User needing a little extra.
