Sometimes orders will have errors and you'll need to retry the order after making the necessary adjustments. Here's how to get that done!

First, identify the order. This can be done from the reporting page.

Next, you'll want to navigate to the order either by clicking on its name from the reporting page or navigating to it via the menus. Here's an example of finding an errored order in a MagicLink.

Once you click on the name of the order you will see the order details including the reason that the processing error occurred.

After resolving the error, you can click the blue 'Retry Order' button. This will start the order from the 'Customize your item' screen.

Finish this process and your order is on the way!
