Starting a Chat
In the bottom left corner of your Postal site select the blue chat bubble.
OR the select green chat bubble at the bottom right of the Help Center.
A menu will open giving you the option to send us a message or search our Help Center. Select 'Send us a message' and type your question.
During our business hours (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM PST), we strive to respond within 5 minutes of you reaching out via chat.
