To submit a refund for a prepaid or sent Postal or campaign, please provide the following information:
To begin the process follow the steps below:
Please start with contacting Help Center by emailing - support@postal.io
In the subject line state - (Account Name) Refund for (Issue Addressed)
In the body of the email include:
- Issued explained
- Refund amount
- Postal Name - or - Campaign Name
- Date Campaign was issued
- Please attach: Visuals or a screen capture video of the issue
- If you are requesting a refund for a singular Postal sent:
Copy and Paste the URL for the Contact
- If you are requesting a refund for a campaign sent:
Copy and Paste the URL for campaign
- Include your contact information - Phone and Email
