To submit a refund for a prepaid or sent Postal or campaign, please provide the following information:

To begin the process follow the steps below:

Please start with contacting Help Center by emailing - help@postal.io

In the subject line state - (Account Name) Refund for (Issue Addressed)

In the body of the email include:

  • Issued explained
  • Refund amount
  • Postal Name - or - Campaign Name
  • Date Campaign was issued
  • Please attach: Visuals or a screen capture video of the issue
  • If you are requesting a refund for a singular Postal sent:
